Last year's Madden 15 didn't feel like the franchise's true next-generation debut. Inconsistent production values, holes in the passing game, and mechanical stagnation made what many had hoped to be a fresh start seem stuck in the mud. Thankfully, Madden 16 corrects the course by taking two big steps in the right direction. Firstly, revamped defensive play gives you a reason to actively participate as you defend a drive; secondly, precise attention to detail creates a more cohesive aesthetic package. Deficiencies in the passing game along with technical hiccups stemming from the game's often-comical physics still exist, but Madden 16's few missteps do little to detract from an otherwise strong outing.

Develop players with Game Prep and build your teams’ confidence through performance and front office transactions. Balance keeping players’ confidence up, to increase abilities and build player XP. Pay attention to the clock. This is one of the biggest mistakes of players. They rush plays, or they choose the wrong play, or run out of time. Watch the clock, and choose your play accordingly. If you are ahead in the 4th quarter, only do run plays to run down the clock, and get the short yardage. Remember that if you fail on a pass play, it not only stops the clock, but that is essentially 40 seconds your giving your opponent.

 

When you are playing MUT 16 one of the most important features is making money.. Remember that in the beginning while everyone has the game, this is the best time for you to make your money. The key tip I can give you for making money is buying packs and selling everything you get on the auction. Now if you buy a bulk pack with real life money, then everything will be all profit and you should be able to make some decent cash. This will be particularly effective about a week after release once players start establishing their accounts, and making their money.

 

The auction house on Madden 16 refers to where you can sell players on Ultimate Team. This is also where you can buy players, and attempt to build the best team. There are scores of these lessons that do a fine job of tutoring you in the hows and whys of various tactics: explaining the minutiae of the defensive cover position, how and when to run offensive screens or when to switch up at the line of scrimmage when you recognize a defensive blitz coming your way.

 

On the audio front, however, Nantz and Simms deliver. The duo's commentary often sounds as natural in the game as it does on TV every week, and the commentators always provide some contextually aware tidbits.
