There is a huge lineup of different NBA 2K16 games

For a game that dominates sales charts every year, it would be nice if 2K used its resources to actually improve the game and not cater to meaningless celebrity shit that makes no difference in how most players want to actually enjoy the game. I don't know what it's going to take for 2K to stop this. To stop focusing so much on that which doesn't matter to its core fans. Because of EA's ineptitude at creating a proper NBA rival, gamers have no choice when it comes to playing virtual basketball with their favorite players and teams. As a famous princess once said: Help us, EA. You're our only hope.
Both companies have provided some basic release details though and they reveal that there’s a huge line-up of different NBA 2K16 games on their way. First there’s the versions you might expect. Current-generation consoles are fully supported, including the Sony PS4 and Microsoft’s Xbox One. The previous generation of consoles are supported too, which is great news for Xbox 360 and PS3 users. Some sports games - like NHL 16 - are already abandoning those consoles and focusing on delivering new features to current platforms.
The NBA 2K franchise has held a certain edge over the other sim related sports games and is a major competitor to developer EA sports version of sim games. With NBA 2K16 showcasing a wider range of compatibility even with the iPad, it is introspection time for 2K to produce a further degree of elevation to combat any negativity received from NBA 2K16. An October 2015 release date would somehow be perfect for 2K, as it gives the developers a whole year to get back to the drawing board. Perhaps if they were to focus more on the gaming aspect rather than side earning options then perhaps NBA 2K16 will live up to the promises of being the perfect sim game.
Server problems cause late release of balls resulting in wide shots. Many suggest that with the side transactions earned off the game while in play developers should pump some more finance into improvement of servers free from any glitches and hang-ups. Even though NBA 2K16 is being received with a positive response, ultimately it is the performance of the game that will matter most to fans worldwide. Developers should take serious note of the improvements which will provide a better playing platform that is sure to raise the level of the game to an all-time high.
Even while paying off that mistake - estimates ran as high as $30 million annually - NBA 2K's muscle still made the entire 2K Sports label profitable. Not just against the premium paid for the MLB license, but also the NHL 2K series, canceled from consoles after 2010. And in product quality alone, 2K Sports took EA Sports' NBA Live series off shelves for three years without buying an exclusive deal. Madden was never asked to deliver against anything like that. Hell, FIFA could pay most of the bills at EA Sports.
Everything you loved about 2K16 is here in NBA 2K16 for Xbox One and 360 and most of it has been improved upon. This year's version of 2K on Xbox One is easily the best so far, but that doesn't mean it isn't hiccup free. One thing the guys over at 2K take pride in is the presentation of their games. The first thing you'll notice when launching the game is the completely revamped menu system and the new 2KTV notification system. The new set up displays menu choices along the bottom of the screen while serving up with a weekly dose of 2KTV up above. 2KTV will take you behind the scenes of the making of the game as well as feed you new tournaments and challenges within the game.
With everyone already accustomed to next-generation graphics, NBA 2K16 needed to provide substance to the newest version that goes far beyond eye candy. Last year's game was fun and was generally well received, but it was bogged down by some server issues, awkward online/offline functionality and a limited feature set. This year, Ronnie Singh, aka Ronnie 2K, told me at last month's Community Team-Up event that the server issues are a thing of the past. In addition to that, the game packs a feature set that is vast, if nothing else.
